How do you choose just one? Ken Waterhouse, founder and managing director of Home Care Preferred shares the important questions you should be asking your chosen franchise before making a commitment.

How much will the investment be for the franchise?

Ken explains that normally this information is supplied quite early on in the decision-making process, but it’s important to weigh up the pros and cons. Of course, you should also make sure you’re able to deliver the required investment before continuing conversations with the franchisor.

How do you choose your franchisees?

At Home Care Preferred, Ken explains that franchisees are selectively chosen – just as they will have chosen Home Care Preferred on the same basis! We take personal attributes, passion and value into consideration so even if our franchisee doesn’t have previous experience in the home care industry it’s not necessarily a bad thing for us.
