If you have the passion and dedication to run your own business, owning a franchise is an excellent way to take control of your future without facing the usual risks associated with self-employment. We have a combined experience of over 40 years in the care sector, so you can start your business on the right foot and benefit from our decades of experience even if you are new to home care.
What it’s All about
At Home Care Preferred, we believe that the right franchise owners are a key factor in each business’s success. We need to know that every
franchise is run by an empathetic and capable person who understands our clients and their needs.
For our franchise owners, this is a unique opportunity to run a business with support and training from a brand with proven
success and an established framework for each aspect of the
business.
Franchising is not an easy option, but it can be incredibly
rewarding – both personally and financially.
Work for Yourself, Not by Yourself
As a Home Care Preferred franchise owner, you own your own business, so you are the first to see the rewards for your hard work. While you’re working for yourself, you’re not working by yourself; you can set your own long-term plan and decide the direction for your franchise, but you don’t have to do it alone. We have an excellent training program and offer ongoing guidance so you always have the support you need to succeed.
What you may not know
Myth 1: You Can’t Borrow Money for Your Franchise
You don’t have to be a millionaire to invest in a Home Care Preferred Franchise – since franchising is such a popular business concept in the UK, we can introduce you to our banking partners who offer competitive rates to help you start your business.
Myth 2: You Need a Background in Home Care
You don’t need a background in the care sector. We are looking for people with empathy, passion, and the drive to succeed – we offer ongoing training and support to help you make your franchise a success.
Myth 3: You Have to Commit to Months of Unpaid Training
Every franchise owner receives at least 15 days of unpaid training and useful onsite support so you do not need to commit to months of unpaid training. Our training programmes are developed to give each franchise owner the knowledge and insight they need to successfully run a Home Care Preferred franchise.
Myth 4: You Need a High Street Presence
We believe a high street presence is beneficial to the success of our franchise owners, however we encourage our franchise owners to start with our entry level model which only requires an office.
Myth 5: You Have to Do Your Own Marketing
We offer extensive marketing and advertising support through our campaigns in the UK. Each franchise is currently required to contribute a percentage of their net sales to marketing and advertising campaigns to keep receiving leads and enquiries for their business (2% towards Co-operative Marketing Fund and 3% towards Local Marketing).
