The franchising process does not happen overnight – it’s an important part of ensuring our franchise owners are ready for the commitment and reflect the values of Home Care Preferred. It also gives you the opportunity to confirm you want to be part of the Home Care Preferred team.
The steps to joining Home Care Preferred
1. Getting to Know Each Other
Initially we would like you to complete our enquiry forms on-line or if you prefer please phone us. If you meet our criteria we can arrange for you to join us on a discovery day, meet us at an exhibition or have an informal initial meeting.
2. The first meeting
The first meeting gives us a chance to get to know each other and find out why you’re passionate about delivering home care services and being part of Home Care Preferred. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have to help confirm your decision to be a franchise owner.
3. Discovery Day
It’s incredibly important for us to get to know each other and for you to be confident that Home Care Preferred is the right choice for you. To help with that, we invite you to come to our office and have some interaction with our team and get a better idea of what it is like running the business. At the Discovery Day you will meet the management team and have the opportunity to ask lots more questions. The discovery day will give you a real feel for the business, the culture that has been developed and ultimately help you decide if you would like to take your application further.
4. Decision time
When you’ve experienced how Home Care Preferred works as a business and got to know our management team, we’ll have a final meeting to explore further your suitability to be a franchise owner. You’ll be asked about your experience on the Discovery Days, receive feedback, and have another opportunity to ask questions to help you confirm your decision to be part of Home Care Preferred.
5. Starting Your Franchise
Once you accept and we agree on a location, we will help you set up your own Home Care Preferred franchise and start training.
6. Initial Training
We have created a bespoke initial training programme for our franchise owners where you’ll learn how Home Care Preferred works, what our processes are, and how you will manage every client as well as attracting new clients to your business.
We offer ongoing training to provide valuable support and industry expertise so you always know the next steps and how to improve your business.
